Hector Rodriguez - Bmac Creative Director

Salon owner, hair stylist, jewelry designer, aspiring artist. Hector has worn all these hats for the last 30 years. Since 2004, Hector has made his salon, CUSH the Art of Hair, a staple of creativity, technical excellency, and trend setting foresight, inside of the posh Beverly Hills, in Los Angeles Ca. Hector brings a unique and customized approach to the haircutting craft, he has developed a style and technique that he shares on stages and classrooms all around the world.  With countless features in both hair publications and local media in Los Angeles, Hector is known for his individual style and approach in creating texture and movement in hair, accompanied with what the Los Angeles Times has called, "The sexiest blow dry in the city”


 

 

Sal Misseri - Salon Owner at Reverie Salon, Chicago 

Misseri has led hair design for Chicago Fashion Week 2014 and Latino Fashion Week Chicago 2013, and has styled backstage at New York Fashion Week with the likes of Christian Siriano, Porsche Designs, Kimberly Ovitz, Behnaz Sarafpour, and Ann Yee. He was named one of the top 30 colorists under 30 in the U.S. in 2014, and has won numerous awards, such as Estetica's Choice Men’s Hairstylist of the Year (2013) and NAHA Newcomer of the Year (2012). He was recently named the Big Shot Creative Colorist of the Year for North America at the Behind the Chair One Shot Awards and is a nine-time NAHA finalist in four categories since 2012, including being a three-time finalist for Hairdresser of the Year.

Fumi Eguchi - International Director

Hairdresser turned Photographer, Japanese born, Fumi Eguchi's talent and skill is world-renowned. During the 2002 winter Olympic closing ceremonies Fumi styled hair for designers including Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, and Versace. Fumi has incorporated various systems of precision and discipline along with his ingenious creativity through his craft. His extensive experience with top artists in the beauty industry led him to photography. His raw, cutting edge style has been recognized nationally. His photo images have won awards at the Vidal Sassoon ISSE competition in Long Beach, CA and the 2013 NAHA for Salon of the Year.


Jake E. Thompson - Lunatic Fringe, Salt Lake City

A senior educator for several major manufacturers, Jake Thompson has created an unbelievable passion for his craft. Co-owning Lunatic Fringe Salon in Sugarhouse Utah has made the love for education expand to extreme heights. Educating on multiple levels including classroom and stage has been intoxicating for his audience. Jake's photo credits include Behind the Chair Magazine, Modern Salon, American Salon, Estetica, Hot by Hair's How & RE Magazine and Salon Magazine. Jake has been nominated and has won several NAHA awards dating back to 2006.
