Bmac Scissors Niigata Japan guarantees complete control over every single pair of scissors we produce and sell. Yet, in the likely event you experience problems or inconveniences, please contact our branch / agent / authorized distributor or contact us directly.

The sharpening and reconditioning of the scissors should be done once a year. If hair starts to slip on the blades toward the tip of the scissors or if they do not cut as well as they used to, it means that it is time to get the scissors serviced and reconditioned.

Your Bmac scissors will be repaired with the original spare parts and specific sharpening tools exclusive to Bmac in order to guarantee a perfect reconditioning to your scissors. NOTE: Your Bmac Care becomes void if your shears are serviced by a non-authorized Bmac care service center.
